At Otztaler, our journey with Haflinger truly began with our cherished geldings.

 

My first encounter riding these magnificent horses in 1987 sparked a passion that led to the purchase of Chino and Ashman, who were instrumental in shaping our dedication to the breed.

 

Though they are no longer with us, their spirit and legacy continue to influence everything we do. From Worcestershire to Scotland, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, and finally Yorkshire, they have been with us every step of the way leaving an indelible mark on our hearts and our family.
